DOES CHOCOLLECTION SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Orders placed through the Chocollection website are only available to ship within Hong Kong. Please check back with us for updates on changes to our shipment locations.
WHEN WILL AN ORDER SHIP?
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Chocollection cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. The notification will provide you with tracking information for your shipment. Your order will be shipped Ground Service unless you select the Express Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days. In Hong Kong, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays which include the following:
The first day of January, Lunar New Year’s Day, The second day of Lunar New Year, The third day of Lunar New Year, Good Friday, The day following Good Friday, The day following Ching Ming Festival, The day following Easter Monday, The Birthday of the Buddha, Tuen Ng Festival, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day, The day following the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Chung Yeung Festival, Christmas Day, The first weekday after Christmas Day
S.F EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Orders placed after 9 am HKT with Express Services will be shipped the next available business day. If the order is placed after 9 am HKT, this day will not be included in the guaranteed 2 – 3 business day delivery window.
LOCAL POSTAL SHIPPING:
Orders placed after 5 pm HKT with Local Postal Services will be shipped out the next available business day.
DOES THE CHOCOLLECTION WEB STORE SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES?
At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site.
